Character:
OX-168, a processing stabilizer for hydrolysis-resistant phosphites. As a secondary antioxidant, it can react with hydrogen peroxide produced by polymer oxidation during processing to prevent polymer degradation and prolong the antioxidant properties of the primary antioxidant.

Applications:
It is used in combination with other antioxidants, and its application range includes polyolefins, such as polyethylene (HDPE, LLDPE), polypropylene, polybutene, olefin copolymer (EVA), polycarbonate, polyamide. Its compound can also be used for polyester, styrene homopolymer or copolymer, elastomer (including butyl rubber, SBS, SEBS) and other polymers. It can also be used in combination with light stabilizers.
